Following a period of expansion, NorthGene are recruiting for an in-house Financial Controller to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. Ideally, we are looking for an individual with demonstratable experience in similar roles who can work innovatively, creatively and flexibly to support and deliver company-wide objectives.
Alongside a dedicated management team, the Financial Controller will provide an essential link within the organisation to ensure that all aspects of financial control, purchasing, procurement, compliance, support and management information work efficiently together to keep the organisation’s engines running. This can more specifically be broken down to:
Day to Day Financial Control
Statutory Financial Reporting
Cash Flow Management
Management Accounting / KPIs
Payroll and Expenses Management
Administrative Support to the Client Liaison Team
The individual may also be given additional responsibilities as the Company grows.
As well as your financial experience, we are looking for the right person to fit into our small team. We are looking for “can do” individuals with a passion for finance. The role requires excellent communication and IT skills and the ability to work in a changing environment. You will need to be a team player with an ability to easily interact with colleagues and customers on fast-paced projects.
